This is completely normal — it is a sign of a minimally processed, natural product. To liquefy, simply stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes.
Why Is My Palm Oil Solid?
Palm oil solidifies when temperatures drop — this is its natural state and does not affect quality or flavor. Engwari's heavier composition means it will solidify slightly faster than Eposi or Lum. To use from solid: place the sealed bottle in warm (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes or scoop out what you need and heat gently.
